NOTICE OF OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL TO TENDER WIT MINIMUM CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS . No . 01 / io / 2026
The official Printing Office hereby announces an Open national and International Invitation to Tender with minimum capacity requirements regarding the following project : The acquisition , installation , and commissioning of a (01) one -colour digital rotary machine .
Eligibility requirements : This national and International Open Call for Tenders with minimum capacity requirements is intended for candidates operating in the field of manufacturing digital rotary printing machines , as well as exclusive representatives or authorized distributors . For manufacturers : A valid manufacturer’s certificate must be mentioned in the trade license / agreement For exclusive representatives or authorized distributors : A valid authorization certificate issued by the manufacturer
Technical Capacities : Candidates must have completed operations involving the same type of equipment as that covered by this invitation to tender , supported by certificates of completed services or certificates of satisfactory performance issued by contracting authorities .
Interested candidates may obtain the tender documents free of charge by sending a formal written request to the following address : mr@imprimerieofficielle.dz The request must be accompanied by a copy of the trade license or any equivalent document . The tender documents will be sent to the candidate’s email address .

The administrative file , technical , and financial offer must each be placed in separate sealed envelopes . These envelopes must then be placed inside another sealed and anonymous outer envelope bearing the following inscription :
Open national and International invitation to tender with Minimum Capacity Requirements Project title : Acquisition , installation,and commissioning of a(01) one-colour digital rotary machine "do not open except in the presence of opening Committee"
The deadline for submission of bids and the opening of envelopes is set for last working day of the bid preparation period at for 4:00 p.m 16:00 , thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this invitation to tender in the BOMOP and in national daily newspaper . Tenderers shall remain bound by their offers for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening .
