Groupement TouatGaz, an association between Sonatrach and GDF Suez E&P Touat BV, with its head office at Industrial Zone No. 1 Oued Zine, P. O. Box 54/239 Commune of Adrar, Wilaya of Adrar, Algeria (Fax : +213 [0]49 98 00 50), is issuing a competitive international open for :
IMPLEMENTATION OF A 3-YEAR SERVICE CONTRACT FOR WELLHEADS AND PRODUCTION SHAFT (RIG LESS & WO RIG) IN CALL-OFF MODE
The work will be carried out in the Touat gas fields, which are located in the south west of Algeria, near the town of Adrar.
MOST IMPORTANT :
This notice only concerns companies specializing in the aforementioned service, with recognized references in the field, as well as the activity code of the commercial register compatible with the subject of the call for tenders.
In the case of companies with the same owners/directors or participation and/or interest in common (such as, but not limited to, Association, Groupement, partnership, common shareholders, sub contractor,...), only one tender will be acceptable. If two or more of such companies tender separately, all of their tenders will be rejected.
Companies interested in this notice may request the specifications by courier or by email at the address indicated below against presentation of copy of the commercial Register in accordance with the subject of this invitation to tender:

The one-step bidding mode applies to this call for tenders.
The technical offers, without indication of price and the commercial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same outer envelope.
The last deadline for receipt of tenders, at the address indicated above, is set at Twenty-Eight (28) days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM (publication day not included) before 5:00 p.m. (Algerian Local time) and in strict compliance with the instructions contained in the specifications.
Any file received after this deadline will be considered null and rejected.
The deadline for receipt of CLARIFICATION BULLETINS, as well as requests for withdrawal of the Specifications is Five (05) calendar days before the closing date
Tenderers will remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) days from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Any tendering costs and/or additional document expenses incurred by the tenderer during the withdrawal, preparation and submission of the proposal shall be fully born by tenderer, who shall have no recourse to Groupement TouatGaz in this respect.
