Concerning the Acquisition of Spare Parts for Primary Instrumentation of Installations in 4 Distinct Lots.
Lot 1: Indicators, Pressure Switches, and Pressure Gauges
Lot 2: Transmitters
Lot 3: Valves, Pressure Regulators, and Solenoid Valves
Lot 4: Various instruments and cards.

The one (01) step submission method applies to this Call for Tenders.
The Tender Document can be collected from the address cited above, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand (10,000.00) Algerian Dinars for bidders under Algerian law or one hundred (100.00) Euros for bidders under foreign law.
Payment will be made by transfer to the IBAN bank account No. 002 000 05 05032 64 124 59- SWIFT: BEXADZALA 005, opened with the Banque Extérieure d'Algérie (BEA) agency Site SH - Djenane El Malik Hydra- Algiers (16000) Algeria.

The payment voucher as well as the copy of the electronic commerce register containing the function code.
The payment receipt must bear the references of the bidding documents to be collected and must bear the name or company name of the bidder.
Upon receipt of the payment voucher and the copy of the trade register by SONATRACH on the email address cited above, the DAO will be sent to the bidder.
The deadline for withdrawing the Tender Document is set at thirty (30) calendar days from the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM energy and mining sector tender bulletin, paper format.
The duration of preparation of offers is set at thirty (30) calendar days from the deadline for withdrawal of the tender file.
Under this call for tenders, the technical offers, without any indication of price, and the financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the address indicated above, no later than sixty (60) days from the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM energy and mining sector tender bulletin, paper format.
Any submission received after this deadline will be considered null and void, the receipt stamp of the SONATRACH/TRC Headquarters office being taken as proof.
Technical offers are accompanied by a submission guarantee of:
Lot 1: Thirty thousand Algerian Dinars (30,000.00 DZD) for companies under Algerian law, or two hundred Euros (200.00 €) or its equivalent in foreign currency, for bidders under foreign law.
Lot 2: One million five hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (1,500,000.00 DZD) for companies under Algerian law, or ten thousand Euros (10,000.00 €) or its equivalent in foreign currency, for bidders under foreign law.
Lot 3: Nine hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (900,000.00 DZD) for companies under Algerian law, or six thousand Euros (6,000.00 €) or its equivalent in foreign currency, for bidders under foreign law.
Lot 4: Two million five hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (2,500,000.00 DZD) for companies under Algerian law, or seventeen thousand Euros (17,000.00 €) or its equivalent, for bidders under foreign law.
The period of validity of the bid guarantees is equal to the period of validity of the offers plus an additional period of 30 days.
The bids will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the duly mandated bidders who so wish at the public opening session which will take place at the address indicated above. The opening date will be set at the appropriate time and tenderers who have withdrawn the file will be invited to attend.
Bidders will remain committed to their offer for a period of one hundred and fifty (150) days, from the date of opening of the technical offers.
