The Naval Repair Company E.P.E - ERENAV/SPA hereby launches an open national and international invitation to tender with minimum capacity requirements for the "procurement (supply and delivery) of plates, sections and tubes in Grade A marine steel and marine aluminum", divided into three (03) lots:
- Lot No. 1: Plates in Grade A marine steel
- Lot No. 2: Sections in Grade A marine steel
- Lot No. 3: Tubes and sections in marine Aluminum
Interested bidders may obtain the tender documents from the General Directorate of ERENAV (Procurement Department), located at Quay No. 12, Port of Algiers – ALGERIA, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of:
- Twelve thousand Algerian dinars (DZD 12,000.00) for national bidders governed by Algerian law;
- One hundred euros (€100.00) for foreign bidders.
Payable to the following bank account:
BEA Che - Guevara Algiers - Account No: 00 2000 10 1000 603 904 34
The tender documents may also be sent electronically upon request by the bidder to the following address: dptmarche@erenav.dz, subject to submission of proof of payment
Bids must be submitted in sealed and anonymous envelopes to the following address:
Entreprise de Réparation Navale – ERENAV – Département des Marchés, Siège Social : Qual No. 12, Alger – Port, ALGERIE
The outer envelope must bear only the following indication :
Avis d’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert avec exigences Minimales N° 01/DG/ERENAV/2026, portant sur : * << L'acquisition (Fourniture et Livraison) de Tôles, Profilés et Tubes, en Acier Marin de Grade A et en Aluminium Marin » * « SOUMISSION A NE PAS OUVRIR »
Technical and financial bids must be submitted in two (02) separate sealed envelopes, enclosed within a single anonymous outer envelope, clearly marked "Technical Offer" and "Financial Offer".
The deadline for submission of bids is set for the twenty-fifth (25th) day at 11:00 a.m., starting from the date of the first publication of this notice in the press.
The public opening of bids will take place on the same day at 11:30 a.m. at ERENAV's head office. Bidders are kindly invited to attend.
Bidders shall remain bound by their offers for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids.
