NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL OPEN CALL FOR TENDER NOTICE

Groupement TouatGaz, an association between Sonatrach and GDF Suez E&P Touat BV, with its head office at Industrial Zone No. 1 Oued Zine, P. O. Box 54/239 Commune of ADRAR, Wilaya of Adrar, Algeria, is issuing a competitive national and international open call for tender for the following service:
INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDING FOR GROUPEMENT TOUATGAZ OUED ZINE - ADRAR
The Groupement TouatGaz is in charge of the development and operation of nine gas fields located in southwestern Algeria.
MOST IMPORTANT:
This notice concerns only the companies specialized in the aforementioned activity, and having recognized references in this field, as well as the activity code of the trade register compatible with the subject call for tenders.
In the case of companies with the same owners/directors or participation and/or interest in common (such as, but not limited to, Association, Groupement or J.Vs, partnership, common shareholders, sub-contractor...), only one tender will be acceptable. If two or more of such companies tender separately, all of their tenders will be rejected.
Companies interested in this notice may request the RFP package by E-mail at the address indicated below against presentation of a copy of a valid trade register in accordance with the object of this invitation to tender:

The tendering mode in a single stage applies to the present invitation to tender. The technical offers, without any price reference, and the commercial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same outer envelope.
The closing date for the submission of Technical & Commercial proposals is Forty-Five 45 days from the date of publication of the present notice in the BAOSEM (date of publication not included), before 16h00 (Algerian local time) and in strict compliance with the instructions contained in the ITT.
The deadline for receiving Clarification bulletins and withdrawal or issuance of tender documents is Five (05) days before the closing date.
Any tender received after the day of the closing date will be considered void and will be rejected.
Tenderers will remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) days from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Any tendering costs and/or additional document expenses incurred by the tenderer during the withdrawal, preparation and submission of the proposal shall be fully born by tenderer, who shall have no recourse to Groupement TouatGaz in this respect.
The contractual language is French and the scope of work is in French.
