PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi (Company), in association with Sonatrach, “The Association” managed by the legislative decree N°- 2004- 423- 424- 426-427 of December, 22nd 2004, acting as operator for development of Field Menzel Lejmat North- MLN Block 405a, located in the Berkine Basin Algeria, having its Head Office at Bali Building / The Legacy Luxury Hotel Algiers Hydra, First Floor, Lotissement Moutchatchou, Lot BD11, Haut Site Hydra 16043 Algiers, Algeria, issues a international prequalification related to:
PROVISION OF INTERNATIONAL PURCHASING/PROCUREMENT SUPPORT SERVICES FOR MLN BLOCK 405A FIELD
Tenderer shall act as international Procurement/Expediting agent for and on behalf of Company in the international level (out of the Algerian territory).
Company would like to proceed with a screening of potential Companies that, if qualified at the outcome of this pre-qualification, will receive the Invitation to Tender documents for the subject mentioned services.
Tenderers are interested in this prequalification are invited to send, by email only, the prequalification file, that is composed of the following mandatory documents:
1-The letter of interest that must carry the name of the tenderer, the detailed address of the tenderer with the phone number, email address (Principal) and an alternative email address of the responsible in charge of tenders.
2-A scanned copy of the trade register.
3-Summary of the last Five (05) years’ professional references, justified by good execution certificates, delivered by the satisfied clients in Oil and Gas industry (preferably with Algerian companies/Joint Ventures/Groupement/Association references). Any reference letter/testimonial provided without the approved letter copy shall not be considered.
4-A scanned copy of the Tax Identification Number.
5-Certified accounts/finance balance sheets for the last Three (03) previous years and RAT (Result Accounts Table).
The interest letter and the supporting documents mentioned above to be submitted for this prequalification must be compressed or shared via an online Drive or secure file exchanger, Cloud, Google Drive, We Transfer, Dropbox if the documents volume is higher than 20 Mb, or divide the documents to be attached into separate emails and request for acknowledgement receipt once the files submitted.

The scanned copies of the required documents must be readable and of good quality. PDF Format is recommended.
The reception period of the interest letter and prequalification documents in the two email addresses mentioned above, is limited to Twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem magazine & online website. The date of publication is included in the calculation of the submission period.
Only tenderers having passed the phase of prequalification shall be invited to participate in the invitation to tender process. The defect of presenting the required documentation and/ or the documentation received by the company after 6 pm (Algeria local time) on the deadline shall bear the tenderer’s disqualification to participate in the invitation to tender.
All the cost incurred for the preparation of the prequalification documents must be entirely at Tenderer’s charge. Tenderers shall not get into any recourse ot claim to Company for the reimbursement of such cost.
The specifications and all the invitation to tender documents shall be transmitted only to the admitted tenderer during the prequalification phase by email
